By downloading, installing, or using the Nativepreneurs application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

Nativepreneurs is a searchable directory platform designed to help users discover Indigenous-owned businesses, tribal enterprises, and community-driven organizations. The App provides category-based listings, business profiles, and optional subscription tiers for enhanced visibility and premium features.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
4. User Accounts
Users may create accounts to access additional features. You agree to:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the App.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Nativepreneurs may offer paid subscription tiers such as Pro Monthly or Pro Annual. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store via StoreKit
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID settings
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law
6. User Content
Users may submit or update business information, images, and descriptions. By submitting content, you grant Nativepreneurs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the App.
You represent that you own or have permission to use any content you submit.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Attempt to access restricted areas or reverse-engineer any part of the App
• Upload malicious code or engage in disruptive behavior
8. Intellectual Property
All App features, designs, trademarks, and content, excluding user-submitted materials, are the property of Nativepreneurs and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
9. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites. Nativepreneurs is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party service.
10. App Modifications
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nativepreneurs is not liable for any damages arising from:
